At Rejo Cedar we manufacture and produce of our entire line of products from salvaged Pacific Northwest Red Cedar. All of the Red Cedar wood blocks that we get at our mill come from logs that are already down. None of our wood comes from green (standing) trees. Salvaging the Cedar that is already down allows nature to go full cycle by rapidly regenerating new growth in the areas that are salvaged. This increases the forage base for the regions wildlife and overall health of the environment.
